Position of scientifc/translator notes following/inside figDes (Pitzler, de, fr, 106)

Notes following a figDesc are rejected at the following line, which is not really nice.

At the moment, we cannot place a scientific/translator note inside a figDesc element. Could we find a solution for a better display of the notes?
