Successfull publishing right after unsuccessfull one (color scheme)

In case I have tried to publish an object on publish.html and did not succeed, the background and text color of the item turn red.

But if I fixed the reason why the publish process hasn't been successfull and the object gets published, only the text color turns green while the background color remains red.

I think this as a minor usability bug.
