Update third party software

This includes:

• TEI stylesheets
• Bootstrap (JS/CSS/Less)
• FontAwesome
• all the single JS files
• SemToNotes
• JQuery
• Isotope
• Lightbox
• Scroll top control (omitted)
• highlight.js

In order to update Isotope.js we'd also have to update v2/js/custom.js, but I don't know if we've written this ourselves or where this file comes from (there's no info in the header). @mgoebel Do you know more about this?

Lightbox seems unused. Should we update it nevertheless, @mgoebel?
