Update README according to Ubbo's feedback

Add the following passage to the README:

    Afterwards eXist can be started with `./test/bin/startup.sh`. The URL
    is <http://localhost:8080/>.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
