eXist 5.3.0 compatibility

make this software work on eXist 5.3.0. While an extensive evaluation is still to be done, at least the ns of the templating needs an adujsment in modules/view.xql.

http://exist-db.org/xquery/html-templating is the new URI.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
