Resolve "prepare architecture migration"

To the reviewer:

• in docker-compose.yml, set bdntido.environment.UPDATE_ASSETS: true, this will create html and annotations for griesbach
• wait until bdntido signals "SUCCESS" (could take 1-2h)
• conduct tests with bdnportal/tido/griesbach
