Have IIIF canvas JSON delivered correctly

Canvases are linked within the manifests https://textgridlab.org/1.0/iiif/manifests/textgrid:30xbs.0/manifest.json as follows: https://textgridlab.org/1.0/iiif/manifests/textgrid:30xbs.0/canvas/textgrid:30wvf.0.json

This works for TextGrid objects, but not for DARIAH's, see https://trep.de.dariah.eu/1.0/iiif/manifests/hdl:21.T11991%2F0000-001B-5184-2/manifest.json:

(Have we also to check for sequences and annotations??)
