checksums and filesizes on tgpublish#getpid are not correct in hdl metadata after publish process

order is:

1. get checksum from object's metadata
2. store checksum in hdl metadata
3. update edition/collection/aggregation
4. file gets new checksum with crud#update
5. checksum differs in hdl metadata (of course!)
