XML Schema is not stored after Schema's Association

1. Create an XML file
2. Open the file in the XML Editor
3. Associate an XML Schema using the menu: XML --> Associate a Schema
4. XML is beeing validated
5. Store the XMl file
6. Load the XML file afgain
7. The schema association is gone!
