fix(updateResource): does not work with embedded forms

embedded forms have blankNode-Subject-Quads => cannot be deleted with the given query because

MALFORMED QUERY: DELETE clause may not contain blank nodes

This problem is related to core#107 and may reoccur if this is not resolved.
