multi volume reference with nested `tei:bibl`

On multi-volume references we show information only for the first level item. See Varnhagen_1836 and corresponding TEI:

we have to consider reworking the template to match the style of the main index files. one feature that is missing is the view of TEI code for bibliographic entries.
