+## Raw data:
+
+Each trap is registered as a Device.
+
+Each run of the trap between the start date and the end date results in a log file and a csv file 
+with the individual samples (columns) and the sequences found in the lab and their occurrence in the individual sample.
+
+## Processed data:
+* laboratory.csv: metadata from the laboratory.
+* mapped.csv: registered sequences and their OTU mapping
+* species_list: all MOTUs found and their taxonomy.
+
+## ToDo:
+
+- Link to the SRA archive in the raw data.
+- Fix lab metadata
+- Species list with URIs to taxonomic catalogue
