Scroll to the top of text when submitting

Summary

After submitting, on long student submissions the window stays scrolled down forcing the user to manually scroll down. It is urgent to eradicate such a drastic disruption of the user experience.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The left window should snap to top after submitting any submission.
