Missing astra depedency breaks hotopy

Missing astra toolbox prevents to successfully load hotopy at all. I suggest to make the astra dependency optional to simplify installation and keep dependency to a minimum.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
