Initializing with last used settings

Steps to reproduce

After a new login, e.g. pen and zoom are initialized with the default values not with the ones the user has used the last time. It would be nice if snips can remember the last settings and initializes with them.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
