Upload snips (images) via e-mail

Summary

As was possible with the "old snip", uploading snips (especially photos taken with the phone) is very handy. As discussed with you, mo:

first: e-mail upload for the next GINIX beamtime
later: e-mail upload to specific labbook, e.g. by number or labbook-name im betreff.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
