Migrate existing instances to new server and completely dockerize the development server

This can be seen as a followup of #16 (closed). The new tasks are mainly these:

• Migrate Databases and instances to new server
• Revoke certificates for moved instances due to new production domain
• Create a way for the Gitlab CI to deploy to a staging environment (only tagged versions!)
