Maintain README-File

The README-File ha to be maintained, to keep it always functional. The current state is not easy to use.

I've already pushed changes to the README (See 664e5161 on !19 (merged)).

Bullshit, I pushed changes to the Makefile. If there is anything you think that needs fixing push it to README-changes and I will have a look.
