This milestone contains all Issues, that need to be taken care of until development can start (again). The team now has three active developers and it is the agreed goal to greatly enhance both the software quality as well as the quality of the process itself.

Furthermore, this step includes the cleansing of the repository of code that does not satisfy certain standards such as coverage and documentation. Only code that is actively confirmed to be useful and future proof may survive.

After competition the rewrite can begin.
