• SinglecellExperiment & Seurat wrapper for Heatmaps (which can use Wilson heatmap function)
  • Possibility to split rows and/or columns by a factor (like in ComplexHeatmaps)
• Report-wide color maps
  • How can a user define colors for experimental factors (e.g. cluster in bar-, box- and violinplots)?
  • How can we allow report-wide color maps (e.g. that the color for cluster can be given only once and is used throughout the whole report)
