Extend STAR parameters to adjust UMI filter stringency

STAR solo own a parameter -- soloCellFilter, which by default is set to cellranger2.2 mode, that allows for control of UMI filter stringency. Relaxing the filters will include more "cell" events in the filtered h5ad object.

It can be set to four different modes, which like to reveive up to 10 additional numbers

Include this parameter with some default values to a editable STAR parameter in the configuration file, maybe with the 4 modes given illustrating the use of the parameter outcommented

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
