PCA number of components not selectable

You can not change the number of PCs (RNA) or Indexes (ATAC) in the respective notebook. It will always compute 50 and some parts of the notebooks are hardcoded to expect that. This will become an issue if fewer components can be calculated or more than 50 are needed.

We have the parameters to select this (at least in RNA) so it should be a quick fix.
