Add support for costum packages formats

Currently only LSL time-series numerical values are supported but we should be able to support also string messages like "start" or "event <XY>" and those messages should be plotted on a monitor also as a e.g. circle.

Altogether, there should be an easy way to add custom processing function/algorithm for a specific protocols and package formats.
