Implemented Version 0.3.2

• Fixed uri response: check request now respond with the created URL to CouchDB
• Implemented update: While uploading a metadata document, the agent will check for existing ones and update them if necessary
• Fixed @id setting: The @id will now be populated by the full link of CouchDB to allow proper links between the archive and file metadata
