1. Mit Python oder XSLT-Script alle Dateien zählen, in denen Prolog fehlt, ie.

und die ohne Namensraum resp. mit einem anderen denn dem TEI-Namensraum sind.

2. Bei allen diesen Dateien Prolog und TEI Namespace nachtragen.
