Correct experiment in Near_field_Siemens_experimental_in is Krueger

Fixed one syntactic error and renamed lambda to lambd in Goettingen_data_processor. Lambda is reserved in Python.

Moved fresnel_number for JWST calculation from phase to JWST_data_processor. In matlab version this is in the config file.

Compared results of BLOCK_HAAR_sequential to matlab: same results python only does one iteration more

Fixed various errors on HAAR

Now results for BLOCK_RAAR_sequential_ART_demo exactly match the matlab results

Copy u0 in P_block_sequential_hyperplane, otherwise old u0 wild be overwritten
