Updated tasse_ap_in, tasse_raar_in to work with Goettingen_data_processor

'dictyM103_stx6_600frames' seems to work now.

In ProxOperator Approx_P_FreFra_Poisson only access abs_illumination keyword in far_field_case, not used for near_field
