React to video progress, highlight current cell

There should be some reaction to the progress of the video.

• Simple suggestion: When a timestamp is reached, highlight the jump target cell, maybe with a glowing border or so.
• If the user is not currently editing a cell, scroll to the highlighted cell.

A later version could also add arbitrary highlights / changes when certain timestamps are reached, but that seems out of scope for now.
