The getSSEkeys function should not contact the cpabe_server but instead use some JS/WASM engine directly to retrieve the decrypted SSE keys:

1. get the encrypted SSE keys from KeyTray
2. get cpabe key from user input
3. decrypt the encrypted SSE keys
4. respond the raw SSE keys
