switch xnat-openid-auth-plugin repository

We may want to switch the xnat-openid-auth-plugin repository from AIS to NrgXnat. They have more recent work on their repo and use a more recent Gradle version.

Definition of Done:

• decide on repo
• change submodule
• check out good commit / version
• test
