Handle entities without accessibleAt

It is possible that an entity does not have an accessibleAt-URL, see e.g. this tool. Currently the button "Go to tool" shows up that is not clickable. That is not a good soultion: Either don't show the button or have a different text (are there other options?).

Side note: in this case the URL to the tool is mentioned only in the description. Curation needs to identify items without accessibleAt-URL (something to show up on the curation workflow: x entities without accessibleAt) and try to find out the URL.
