Integrate Matomo

We do have a Matomo running at ACDH-CH. An id is already created for the SSHOC MP: Matomo ID = 179 There is a Basecamp discussion on what to measure: https://3.basecamp.com/4165192/buckets/10902638/messages/2758912974#__recording_2780406384 For the beginning, I think we are good enough if we collect the page views.
