Template to propose changes for fields of an item

There should be a way how users can report errors or add information on items of the MP, e.g. they report a broken link or a link that goes to the wrong website but they could also propse a different/new keyword. They could do this in the comments, but a better way would be to give them a template to propose changes. There, a user could mark the wrong field and give a correct value (or extend a value). Moderators then could apply this changes more easily (whereas in a comment someone would be needed to read it and then to identify the wrong value and find a correct value).

This could be a way how users that don't like to be curators engage with content on the MP. It would also allow anonymous contributions (but we then would need to deal with spam bots).

The idea here is to have a light-weight interface to propose changes and/or new values for fields of items. It is therefore connected with #18 (closed)

To be clear: this is a request for comments on this idea that was introduced by a tester. Involving @wytrazek @stefan.probst @lbarbot @clara.petitfils @frank.fischer01 @matej.durco into the discussion - please feel free to add others
