Add time index to channel view

Currently, only the z-index of the shown image slices is conveniently pickable in the channel view. Probably it is a good idea to treat timepoints in a similar fashion to z-indices. Currently, support for time points is not really implemented (even though the basis for implementing it exists via variants).
