Collation: Provide JSON

Description
We currently deliver plain text to the collation process which is then transformed to JSON before further processing.
In order to keep the IDs we add to each word, the input for CollateX has to be JSON, and this JSON has to be created within eXist-db so we still have access to the TEIs.
