Endpoint for sample file

Description
We need an endpoint for reaching the sample file which is currently unavailable both in the Syriac and the Arabic/Karshuni collection. Otherwise it's hard to test the text styling.
User Story
As a front end dev I need access to the sample file in order to check if my CSS rules are correct.
