Bug: CSS isn't updated

Description

I expected the following to happen: The CSS stored in ahiqar-tido should be updated during the "load-frontend" stage.
On the contrary, I observed: It doesn't.

How to reproduce the bug

change the CSS in the ahiqar-tido repo
