Description
The implementation of the variants works fine, but has one major drawback: It bloats the AnnotationPage to a point where it is huge and we get severe performance issues.
Example: While it takes roughly 2 seconds to load an AnnotationPage without the variants, including them will lead to a loading time of roughly 20 seconds.
User Story
As anyone using the AnnotationAPI (e.g. TIDO) I need a way of getting the annotations quickly in order to have a good performance for my application.
