Description
Currently a new version at website or ahiqar-tido repo triggers a complete pipeline in the backend that builds all docker images and applications. it turned out that this is to heavy for especially for smaller changes on the website and it results in unnecessary downtimes.
User Story
As developer I want to publish my results fast in order to make the product owner
As a operator i want to prevent downtimes where possible.
