Remove SADE from Ahikar

Description
We only need SADE for connecting eXist-db with TextGrid.
Loading SADE for this tiny bit of functionality seems a bit excessive and non-performant.
It would be better to separate tgconnect/the publisher from SADE (which could also be interesting for other projects that simply want to transfer data from TextGrid to eXist as well).

As developer I need a slim build in order to work productively.
