Provide license information for images

Some image creators require users to explicitly name them and redistribute the license which holds for the image.

The TextAPI currently has no means to express this and should be enhanced in this respect so that applications such as TIDO can meet the legal constraints for displaying the images.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
