license requires SPDX, what about copyright

Description
We require an SPDX license id. SPDX does cover “free” licenses only. What about copyrighted material that we are allowed to show in a specific area like Gönet?
I expected the following to happen
We should offer copyright and/or proprietary, sadly. :-(
