Concept for versioning

At the moment, we have a changelog in specs.md which keeps track of the changes, and all MarkDown pages have their own version as well.

Before we publish version 1.0.0 we have to think about a better way of versioning the TextAPI.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
