Add "Cookbook" section to page

Description
Introduce a new section to the page (e.g. called "Cookbook") where we describe solutions to common problems or questions arising when implementing the TextAPI.
The first entries could include:
- RTL
- connection between text and annotation panel
User Stories
As someone implementing the TextAPI for his/her own project I need a page describing how to solve certain problems in order to finish the implementation quickly and successfully.
