Cardinality "+"

We are currently assign the cardinality + to a only two fields that allows for an array type. beside it makes no sense as an array data type itself declares a multiple value/object cardinality, in other cases we define cardinality 1 for an mandatory array. so what is the difference between title and collector at the collection object?

proposal: remove cardinality + from TextAPI and AnnotationAPI (where it is not in use).
