Add schema for AnnotationAPI + samples

Currently we provide a schema and samples for the TextAPI only. As a step forward to #79 (closed) we should provide both for the AnnotationAPI as well.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
