## Description
The manifesttitle should be anchored at the top of the treeview panel while scrolling until the succeeding title comes into view which in turn should be anchored at the top.
* [x] the ancoring title is always the one which includes the actual item selected
* [x] Bug: if you click on a page you loose the ancor (manifest title isn't ancored on the top anymore)
## User Stories
As a user, when I scroll in the treeview, I want to keep the title of the manifest in view, otherwise I don't know where I am.

## User Stories
As a user I would like to have something displayed directly and not see an empty viewer, damit ich mich von hier aus orientieren kann.

Ideas:
* [x] The panels should make use of the max screen size (should be oriented at the different screensizes S, M, L responsisivenes)
* [x] The area inside the panel should be scrollable
* [x] The scrollbars shouldn't be displayed
* [x] By default the Treeview should always focus the actual item selected (which has been chosen by the user; either via knot or via Navbutton)
* [x] fix the panel tool icons during scrolling
* [x] the knot should open by clicking the title (select property)

## Description
it must be configurable for projects whether the header is displayed or not
## User Stories
As a project, I may not want to use the header at all, for example, because the treeview is enough for me or because I have embedded the viewer in such a way that it is displayed via my project page.
