Contents in Panels not fully visible

Description

In case we have a lot of manifests, not all of them are visible if their number exceeds a certain amount (probably depending on your screen resolution).

I expected the following to happen

All manifests should be visible in the treeview. If this isn't the case, users should be able to scroll.

On the contrary, I observed

There is no scrollbar, and I cannot see all manifests.
