Automatically close environments after some time

Feature Requests

Description

Currently every branch creates an environment (see https://gitlab.gwdg.de/subugoe/emo/Qviewer/-/environments) which runs in eternity unless stopped.

It would much more convenient (and tidier) if an environment stopped

a) if no longer needed b) after some time (if a) isn't achievable)

User Stories

As a developer and/or product owner I need a neat overview of the environments enabled. A tidy list helps me finding things faster.

Classification

Is this feature an enhancement of existing code or a completely new feature?
