Implement List of Annotations in the Annotation Panel

Goal

Annotations should be displayed according to the annotation type/s selected (persons, places, comments)

It should be a multiselect scenario, e.g. clicking persons and names should display both types.

The type toggles at the top of the panel have to be fixed, whereas the list has to be scrollable
